Chris Rhynehart began as an entrepreneur at the young age of nine, as a newspaper carrier for the Amarillo Globe News. By 10 years old he expanded to mowing neighborhood lawns and by age 16 he "bought out" his competition and officially became a business owner - naming his company Rhynehart Landscape.
In 1986, just two years after graduating from Tascosa High School, Chris was approached by lawn customers, after a major hail storm, to help "fix their roof". Chris immediately sought experienced help to learn the basics of roofing and soon Rhynehart Roofing was established.
Seven years later he married Renei - who just happened to have the bookkeeping skills a man like Chris needed - and she wasn't afraid to use a mower! Rhynehart Landscape became C & R Lawn Service.
Two children and a few years later, their lawn business had grown to more than 100 weekly customers, while Rhynehart Roofing expanded into commercial work. Time demands resulted in the sale of C & R Lawn Service in 1998.
Since then, Rhynehart Roofing has grown steadily. Awarded Best Roofing Company in 2004, as result of the Amarillo Globe News Readers Opinion Poll, the company is fully licensed and bonded. For customer security, Rhynehart Roofing also carries Workers Comp. Coverage, General Liability, and full insurance coverage on all company owned autos and equipment.
Rhynehart Roofing, Inc. is a member of the numerous organizations, with Amarillo Chamber of Commerce, Texas Panhandle Better Business Bureau, Rotary Club of Amarillo, Texas Panhandle Builders Association and National Roofing Contractors Association among others. |
