I have known Chris and Renee Rhynehart for approximately 20 years and have used Rhynehart Roofing two times in the past years. Chris and Renee have always taken care of my roofing needs in a timely and efficient manner. After the big hail storm a couple of years ago, Chris was at my home in a few hours, making sure I was not going to have any further damage to my home and property. I can assure anyone that Chris and Renee will take care of your roofing needs as well and will stand behind their company's work if there are any additional problems.
Living in the Texas Panhandle I know the hail storms will continue and if the inevitable happens again, I will be calling Rhynehart Roofing again to come repair or replace my roof.

I appreciate you efforts to deliver us a roof with which we are very satisfied. I also know its hard sometimes to do the right thing especially when it takes money out of your own pockets. It's unfortunate that the supplier didn't recognize some of its liability in this situation. What you did, indicates your integrity as a businessman.
